Our school focusses on the principles of the Education for Life philosophy. Our mission is to provide students with a balanced education of the body, feelings, will, and intellect in preparation for using life’s diverse challenges to discover ever-deeper levels of purpose, meaning, and happiness.
Parents may sign up for a tour with the school director to find out more about Living Wisdom School.
Admission interviews (informal time in the classroom with the teacher) are scheduled to review the application.
At the time of acceptance, a $200 deposit is due: to be credited against the year’s tuition.
Tuition may be paid in ten monthly installments, due on the 15th of each month, beginning August 15th. If necessary, other arrangements can be made.
Our Energy Exchange Program/tuition adjustments: Through this program, we are able to offer parents the opportunity to exchange their services for a portion of the tuition. This program was created in the spirit of harmonious collaboration between parents and the school. Together we have been able to provide a Thrift Store to the greater community, keep the classrooms and school grounds clean, build a beautiful facility and complete a number of projects. This program requires financial documentation.
Why 12-1 student/teacher ratio?
At our school, we keep our student-teacher ratio 12-to-1 which allows the teacher to address all aspects of a student’s development. Although this creates a smaller financial base from which we can draw funds to pay expenses, it has proven to be effective in serving our families.
Is there any financial aid available?
Yes, we try to work with families on an individual basis when possible, especially when it is obvious that the child could benefit greatly from our services. You can see the application for tuition adjustment at this link.
Do these costs apply to preschool?
No, policies in this document do not apply to preschool. Please contact the school office for more information about our preschool.
